The Vintage Vocalist Michael Walker performs against a picture of the four chefs competing for the Caramel Queen title while dessert is served during Serving Up Hope: Battle Caramel Saturday evening at Riverside Golf Club. The fundraiser for Hope Harbor, a local nonprofit organization devoted to improving the lives of Grand Island's homeless and near homeless, pitted four area chefs against each other for the title of Caramel Queen.
