After securing the scene, police and fire fighters wait for a tow truck to take away an overturned 1996 GMC Sonoma after it collided with a 2001 Mazda Protege driven by Diego Tum around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 15th Street and Grand Island Avenue. Jose Martinez, the driver of the pickup, was able to walk away unscathed after removing his seat belt and crawling out of the driver's side window. (Independent/Matt Dixon)
