Matt Dixon | The Flint Journal..UAW Local 599 donated over 160 boxes of archival material, such as photos, minutes, and files documenting worker grievances dating back to about 1939, to University of Michigian-Flint's Genesee Historical Collection Center in the Frances Willson Thompson Library. Paul Gifford (back), an archivist at UM-Flint, said the materials will take over six months organize and archive.
